// The Problem

Most operators are flying blind

Revenue and profit tell you outcomes. They don't tell you why — or what's about to break.

Problem 01

No single source of truth

Critical business information lives in 10+ disconnected tools. Nobody has a complete picture of operational health — they have fragments.

Problem 02

Lagging indicators only

P&Ls and dashboards show you what already happened. By the time you see the problem in the numbers, the damage is compounding.

Problem 03

No common language

Without a shared framework, every team defines "healthy" differently. Prioritization becomes political instead of empirical.

Methodology

What the WBHI measures

A structured, repeatable scoring methodology that turns scattered business data into a quantified picture of operational maturity.

The WBHI evaluates your business across 5 engines — Operations, Growth, Organization, Technology, and Governance — each containing 5 systems. That's 25 scored dimensions of your business.

Each system is scored 0–100 based on three factors: documentation completeness (do the processes and artifacts exist?), process maturity (are they structured, followed, and optimized?), and data quality (is the underlying information current, accurate, and accessible?).

System scores aggregate into engine scores. Engine scores aggregate into your composite WBHI — a single number that tells the full story.

Think of it like a physical. Your doctor doesn't just check your blood pressure. They run bloodwork, check vitals, test organ function. Each metric is useful alone — but the complete picture reveals patterns no single test can. The WBHI does the same thing for your business.

// Methodology

How the score is calculated

Three dimensions per system. Weighted aggregation. No black boxes.

Step 01

System Evaluation

Each of the 25 systems is scored across three dimensions: documentation completeness, process maturity, and data quality. AI scans your repository; human auditors validate.

Step 02

Engine Aggregation

Five system scores roll up into each engine score. Weighting reflects interdependencies — a weak system that bottlenecks others carries more weight.

Step 03

Composite WBHI

Engine scores aggregate into your composite score. You get a top-line number, engine-level breakdowns, and system-level drill-downs with specific recommendations.

// Scoring Tiers

What your score means

Four tiers, each with distinct operational characteristics and recommended actions.

0 – 39
Critical

Foundational systems are missing or broken. The business operates on tribal knowledge and heroics. Compounding risk is active and growing.

40 – 59
At Risk

Some systems exist but are incomplete or inconsistently followed. Gaps create bottlenecks that limit growth and increase operational fragility.

60 – 79
Developing

Core systems are in place and mostly functional. Specific gaps are identifiable and addressable. The business can scale with targeted improvements.

80 – 100
Strong

Mature, documented, and optimized systems across all engines. The business runs with operational discipline and is positioned for sustainable growth or exit.
